Scheduling & Policies

I do take my Policies seriously so I do greatly appreciate any client reading them before coming in for an appt to avoid any future confusion or misunderstandings that may arise. Prepayment links for clients are located at the bottom of this page. 

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING : A 24hr notice of any cancellation is appreciated. PIease be understanding that in this profession we do get paid per client, not per hour. Any short notice cancellation of a modality that involves the use of stones will require a cancellation fee that will need to be paid in order to reschedule, due to the amount of extra time needed by the Therapist for setup and cleanup whether such client shows or not. 

BOUNDARIES : With this profession I do respect professional boundaries and strive to maintain a professional and friendly environment. 

APPOINTMENTS : All massage sessions are by appointment only. 

POLICIES : As a Professional I do follow a strict code of ethics that is intended for all people in my profession. All of the information that is provided to me is kept confidential and in confidence, both written and verbally, and will remain this way as allowed by such law. 

LATE ARRIVALS : Upon arriving late, your session will be shortened to accommodate already scheduled clients that have an appointment scheduled after you. 

PAYMENT : Cash main preference, Credit/Debit Card, Checks, or PrePayment through Square with a link sent right to your phone. Any bounced checks may lead to client being referred elsewhere. All payments with a card will have an added 3.5% processing fee added to total. 

REFUNDS : Any refunds from purchases with a debit/credit card may be reduced to total after already deducted Square processing fee. No refund will be issued for a cancellation that was necessary due to unprofessional or creepy behavior from the client. 

GIFT CERTIFICATES : All present Gift Certificates should be used ASAP and expire within 1 year NO EXCEPTIONS.  No refunds beyond expiration date. The LMT does prefer for you to contact her directly for the purchase of a massage gift certificate at such location. 

INSURANCE COVERAGE : At this time I do not accept payment through/with insurance or from any third-party reimbursement to pay for a massage service.
